Fees
Individual Therapy: $165 for a 50-minute session
​Group Therapy: $60 for 90-minute group session​​
​
Insurance: I accept Aetna and Optum (including UnitedHealthCare).
​
A full list of plans I am in-network with within Aetna and Optum can be found here. Contact your insurance plan to see if you are eligible for benefits.
​If I do not accept your insurance, I am considered an "out-of-network provider". I can provide a "superbill" for you to submit independently to your insurance company but reimbursement is not guaranteed. Click here for more information about the "superbill" process.

Sliding-scale options are available for those in financial need and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If less than 24 hours notice is given for canceling or rescheduling or if you no-show a session, a fee of $75 will be charged.
*Please note that insurance does not cover this fee.
