Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a space to express and explore emotions openly, practice and develop interpersonal skills, increase self-awareness, receive feedback for personal growth, enhance social skills, and build community. Group members offer validation, understanding, and different perspectives that can lead to valuable insights and personal transformation. The group dynamic encourages a sense of belonging and fosters a sense of community while promoting healing and growth through shared connection and mutual support.
