Movement & Meditation Workshops
I offer a variety of movement and meditation workshops, integrating somatic therapy, Ayurvedic and yogic practices, and dance/movement therapy work.
These groups offer a supportive space to reconnect with the body through intuitive movement, breath, ritual and mindfulness. By combining somatic practices with mindfulness, these groups help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and interrupt chronic stress patterns stored in the body.
No movement or meditation experience necessary.

Ayurvedic Rituals + Somatic Practices for Embodied Healing and Restoration
Rituals for Renewal
A 4-hour immersive workshop blending somatic practices and Ayurvedic self-care rituals. We’ll move, release and reset the nervous system through embodied practices, nurture the body with abhyanga (oil massage) and herbal teas, reflect through journaling and group shares and meditate through yoga nidra. You’ll leave grounded, glowy, and reconnected to yourself.
