Welcome! I’m Purna.
I take a culturally responsive and holistic approach to therapy, integrating mind and body in my work. I value authenticity and inclusivity, recognizing how experiences, relationships, identities, and culture shape individuals and influence how they engage with the world.
I specialize in working with young adults and often support individuals from diverse backgrounds, including first- and second-generation immigrants and people of color (POC).

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is a supportive space to explore emotions, challenges, and patterns that impact your well-being and relationships. I take a holistic approach, integrating body-based (somatic) practices, inner child healing, and relational work to help you feel more connected, empowered, and understood.
GROUP THERAPY
Group therapy is a healing space to express and explore self-doubt, practice and develop interpersonal skills, increase self-awareness, receive feedback for personal growth, enhance social skills, and build community.
MOVEMENT & MEDITATION
These groups blends gentle movement, breathwork, and guided mindful practices to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and cultivate presence. Through guided practices and reflection, you’ll explore self-awareness, emotional release, and embodied healing. No experience is needed.
