Individual Therapy

Individual therapy can help you increase self-awareness, work through challenges in your life, develop coping skills, and gain new perspectives. 

 

I take a holistic approach to therapy which focuses on the mind-body connection, recognizing that our physical sensations, movements, and gestures can provide valuable information about our emotional and psychological well-being. Learn more about my approach here.

I offer virtual therapy for any resident of Texas and in-person therapy located off of W. Koenig Lane and Burnet Road
