Rituals for Renewal: Ayurvedic + Somatic Practices for Embodied Healing & Restoration
A 4-hour immersive workshop blending somatic practices and Ayurvedic self-care rituals. We’ll move, release and reset the nervous system through embodied practices, nurture the body with abhyanga (oil massage) and herbal teas, reflect through journaling and group shares and meditate through yoga nidra. You’ll leave grounded, glowy, and reconnected to yourself.
